Only a few days remain before all ag/timber exemptions expire, and Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Glenn Hegar wants to personally remind everyone that now is the time to take action. All exemptions expire Dec. 31, 2019, regardless of the date exemption numbers were issued. Retailers can only accept tax-exempt purchases from those with up-to-date certificates.
