ANDREWS- The commissioners court was required to meet in an emergency session Oct. 23 after Andrews County Judge Charlie Falcon suffered a heart attack that morning.Falcon is currently undergoing treatment at an area medical facility, according to county officials.A press release, issued by the county following last week’s meeting, said delegation action was required while Falcon is “out for the unforeseeable future.”Andrews County Judge Pro Tempore Jeneane Anderegg said Oct. 26 that is uncertain when Falcon will be able to return to the job.“There are so many factors involved that make it hard to know when he will come back,”
