The Dawson County Public Library is the drop off spot for donations benefiting two local non-profit groups.The library began accepting donations Thursday. The donation drive doesn’t end until July 7.Donors can contribute items to Lamesa Adoptable Pets (LAP) or Communities in Schools (CIS).Contributions to LAP can be dog food, snacks and leashes, along with toys for both dogs and cats.Toiletry items are needed for CIS.
