SNYDER - With the acknowledgement that it is a working, changing document, the Development Corporation of Snyder’s (DCOS) board of directors approved the 2021 Work Plan that focuses on three areas - operations, project development and community development. New executive director Doug Dowler said the plan is a “70,000-foot view of what we’re doing this year.
