A variety of business ranging from staffing to financial matters will face Dawson Independent School District board members during their regular meeting Monday evening. That meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the board room at the school in Welch. The 2019-2020 budget is scheduled only for discussion but the board will consider action on an amendment to the current budget, a personnel compensation plan to meet new state requirements, and salaries for teachers and non-certified full-time school employees.
