Most of the Dawson school board’s recent monthly meeting in Welch featured discussion on various items of business. The only action taken, other than routine approval of minutes and bills, was to approve the Legislative Update 117, according to Superintendent Gary Jones. Board members took no action when considering auto, liability and property insurance for the upcoming school year. They also took no action on a guardian program at the school.
