Citing a conflict of interest issue, Mesa Underground Water Conservation District (Mesa UWCD) board member Al Crisp resigned from office.Board members accepted his official resignation during their regular Wednesday morning meeting.“Due to a conflict of interest, I would like to officially resign my position with the Mesa Underground Water District, effective immediately,” Crisp wrote in his Nov. 8 resignation letter to the board. “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time serving Dawson County with you.
