A Texas Supreme Court ruling last week in favor of adding three Texas Green Party candidates to the Nov. 3 election ballot has county clerks in Texas’ 254 counties scrambling to get election materials printed before the big day. Dawson County Clerk Clare Christy said she held off getting absentee ballots from the vendor until the court’s ruling. She now is waiting for the arrival of ballots listing the additional candidates.
