SEMINOLE – “We put out the best budget we could this year, under the circumstances,” County Auditor Esmerelda Felan told the Gaines County Commissioners Court as it met in regular session Wednesday at the Gaines County Courthouse. With that, commissioners approved both a fiscal 2020-2021 budget that trims $1 million in spending, and a combined tax rate of .5456.
