Voters in two local election precincts will be casting their ballots at new polling locations during the general election in November. Members of the Dawson County Commissioners Court on Tuesday approved changing the two locations – one temporarily for this election only and the other on a permanent basis. County Clerk Clare Christy recommended the polling location for Precinct 3 be changed temporarily from the North Fire Station to the former cafeteria at Lamesa High School.
