Members of the Dawson County Commissioners Court have a light slate of mostly routine business for their regular meeting Tuesday afternoon.That meeting will begin at 4 p.m. in the county courtroom on the top floor of the courthouse.The main items of business on the agenda include:_ Re-appoint Joe Cope to the Lamesa Municipal Airport Board;_ Approve certification of sheriff’s deputies on the use of an intoxilyzer, a device which uses a person’s breath to estimate their blood alcohol content of suspected drunk drivers; and_ Approve disbursement of the county’s permanent school funds for the 2022 fiscal year.
