After lengthy discussions at various times over the past six months, members of the Dawson County Commissioners Court wasted little time Tuesday in approving a new policy for pipelines which are either placed in the right-of-way or cross county roads. That policy was much like the one that County Judge Foy O’Brien presented to the commissioners court two weeks earlier, just with two new items added at the commissioners’ request.
