Dawson County officials and employees will be getting a choice when it comes to using cell phones for county business. That’s according to a new plan discussed by members of the Dawson County Commissioners Court during their regular meeting Tuesday afternoon. Instead of receiving an allowance for using their personal cell phones for county business, county officials and employees will now have the option to instead receive a county-issued cell phone.
