BROWNFIELD – The Terry County commissioners met Monday morning for their first meeting of December.The court revisited their decision regarding December fireworks; they decided to ban the sale of fireworks in December at the last meeting. County Judge J.D. Wagner let them know they could not ban the sale of fireworks.“We can’t, unless we are in a disaster declaration.
