Just a few months after adopting a county policy for pipelines crossing county roads or placed within the county right-of-way, the Dawson County Commissioners Court on Tuesday made some adjustments to that policy. “As with anything new, you find some issues or holes in it and you need to adjust,” County Judge Foy O’Brien said during the regular meeting of the commissioners court.
