ANDREWS – The county received good news with the recently revealed certified values for 2019: the numbers are up by about 10 percent from 2018 and also increased from preliminary values released in April by Andrews County Appraisal District Chief Appraiser Susan Brewer. Total taxable value for 2019 is over $5 billion—$5.24 billion to be exact—for the first time in several years.
