Lamesa City Council members took only a few minutes Monday to okay a $54,500 engineering study for a pipeline that could expand the city’s wastewater system. That agreement with the firm of Kimley-Horn is for a preliminary engineering report and environmental services for a wastewater line in the southeastern part of the city.
