Lamesa City Council members held off Tuesday in choosing among three bids for a new computerized system regulating water and wastewater systems.They passed over voting on awarding the winning bid. They will vote on the matter in a future meeting.Three Lubbock companies submitted bids to provide the System Scan Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system, along with their services.City Manager Joe Hines asked the council to postpone accepting any bid until he could better review the quotes.
