BROWNFIELD – When the Brownfield City Council met Thursday they heard complaints from two members of the community regarding a citizen using their home to run a business.Both complained there is a trailer parked on the corner of the street that blocks the view at the stop sign. They said they had seen and heard the use of a pressure washer on the weekends, and oil being poured down the sewage drain.
