Lamesa City Council members on Thursday will consider approving a new budget with a projected deficit expected to total over a half-million dollars. A public hearing on that budget proposal for the 2019-2020 fiscal year will be held before the council takes action during a special meeting to begin at 5:30 pm.at City Hall.
