Lamesa City Council members could decide at their regular meeting today to additional stop signs, a tax abatement, seal coating; and budget amendments for the police department.Council members are meeting at 5:30 p.m. in City Hall at 601 S. 1st Street.They will vote on amending the city’s stop sign ordinance to allow for the addition of stop signs through Industrial Drive North and NE 7th Street.Their agenda also includes decisions about spending $25,000 on the airport and a seal coat program.The council will vote on a resolution for the improvements to the Lamesa Municipal Airport.They could hold a public hearing ...
