The National Cotton Council (NCC) has applauded House and Senate appropriations and agriculture committees’ leaders for seeing that essential assistance for the U.S. cotton industry was included in the FY23 omnibus spending package.NCC Chairman Ted Schneider said, “The U.S. cotton industry is grateful that Congress approved this much needed legislation.
