Lamesa’s Original Chicken Fried Steak Festival and Crossroads Balloon Rally still is almost three months away, but eight vendors and 10 balloon pilots already have made a commitment to attend this year. Held the last weekend of April each year, this year’s festival and rally will be held from Friday, April 26, through Sunday, April 28.
