A special meeting of the Dawson County Commissioners Court has been scheduled for 11 a.m. this coming Thursday in the county courtroom at the courthouse.The only item on the agenda for that meeting is for the court to canvass the local voting results from this past Tuesday’s election featuring eight proposed amendments to the state constitution.Results announced by county Election’s Administrator Ashley Barron showed local voters approving all of those amendments.
