Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit Texas this past March, prisoners at the Dawson County Jail have not had any personal contact with family members. That will be changing in a couple of months as a result of action taken Tuesday afternoon by the Dawson County Commissioners Court. That contact, however, will be through electronic means rather than face-toface.
