ANDREWS – Texas cities deemed hub areas by the state are the ones receiving consistent and large allotments of virus vaccine. That doesn’t bode well for rural areas that have received sporadic allotments and much fewer doses from the state. Andrews County Judge Charlie Falcon derived a possible solution. Falcon proposed forming a seven-county coalition that could be deemed a hub area.
