SEMINOLE – The mosquito population is booming after the rains last month in Gaines County. As a result, Seminole has been spraying twice a week for several weeks. “We are spraying the entire town each Tuesday and Thursday. The recent rains gave them places to breed, and they have been taking advantage of it.
