Three dilapidated buildings in Lamesa will be coming down and a set of stop signs will be going up as a result of decisions made during Tuesday’s regular meeting of the Lamesa City Council. Council members ordered the demolition of two buildings following a trio of public hearings at the meeting, and were informed that a demolition permit already has been issued for the third property.
