The city is giving residents a once-a-week opportunity to have municipal workers take their unwanted fall leaves.The city’s weekly fall leaf pick-up program allows residents to dispose of leaf litter without leaving their yards beginning Monday and continuing through Jan. 21.All residents have to do is apply with the city for the pick-up service, rake up the leaves and put them in bags, and let municipal workers take them away to the city landfill.City workers will pick up the leaves once a week in each of the city’s six voting districts.Bags of leaves can only be picked up by city ...
