After the public has been largely excluded from city and county offices the past few weeks due to COVID-19 restrictions, that will end within the next week or so. Gov Greg Abbott’s announcement Monday of plans to begin reopening activity in Texas included allowing cities and counties to reopen offices as soon as this coming Friday.
