Lamesa City Council members will have a heavy agenda before them when they meet at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in City Hall at 601 S. 1st Street.The council will hear a presentation from Cris Norris about the Canadian River Municipal Water Authority’s future water projects and acquisitions.The council is expected to order the regular city election on May 7 and to hold the election at the Forrest Park Community Center in conjunction with elections being held by the Lamesa school district and the Dawson County Hospital District that same day.Council members will consider calling for bids for the replacement of water ...
