ANDREWS – The city’s Building Façade program that reimburses local businesses a portion of costs for exterior work on facilities has slowed some in recent years. Because of that inactivity, the city council last week approved increasing the maximum amount paid out from $3,500 to $7,000, city officials said. A maximum of $10,000 would be allowed for businesses located on Main St. or Broadway, they added.
