ANDREWS –Everyone knows the answer to the old question of whether the chicken or egg came first—it was obviously the chicken. The more recent question pertains to whether chickens should be allowed in city limits. An answer will likely be forthcoming at the Sept. 24 city council meeting. Between now and then, the city is gathering public opinion through a survey.
