SEMINOLE – After a discussion with Chamber of Commerce President Shelby Concotelli at its regular meeting on Wednesday, the Gaines County Commissioners Court agreed to cancel this year’s annual July 4th Extravaganza at the Gaines County Park. The decision follows a similar choice taken by a number of Chambers of Commerce across the region in the interest of diminishing the chances of community spread of the Covid-19 virus.
