SEMINOLE – One of the most anticipated events in Gaines County each summer is the Fourth of July Fireworks Extravaganza hosted by the Seminole Chamber of Commerce.Due to escalating prices of pyrotechnics, which are shipped from China, the Chamber is faced with the possibility of eliminating the fireworks portion of the annual event for 2022.
