The U.S. Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Texas State Conservationist Kristy Oates has announced her selection of Chad Reed as the Assistant State Conservationist for Field Operations for the agency’s Zone 1, headquartered in Lubbock, Texas.
