BROWNFIELD - The Brownfield maintenance crews have been working nonstop since Feb. 18, according to Water Superintendent James Nix. After the winter storm passed, the water, electrical and maintenance crews have been dealing with pipes breaking, with the one on the corner of Tate and 1st being the 13th break with many busting within one hour from each other across the city.
