Former students of the Blackshear School in Lamesa are returning to town this weekend to attend their 19th school reunion.Registration runs through 5 p.m., Friday at the Dawson County Public Library’s meeting room. A church services starts at 7 p.m. at Saint John’s Baptist Church, located at 108 SE 10th St.The reunion will continue Saturday in the Forrest Park Community Center. There will be a continental breakfast at 8 a.m. A general meeting at noon will be followed by games and a meet-and-greet.
