The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service Dawson County is conducting a “Backyard Homesteading Class” for residents interested in learning about raising chickens, caring for milk goats and growing their own produce.The free weekly classes begin every Monday from 6:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m., Sept. 19 through Oct. 24 at the Lee Roy Colgan Building at 901 S.
