BROWNFIELD – The Terry County Commissioners Court received the 2020 county audit from Bolinger, Segars, Gilbert and Moss, a Lubbock-based firm. The audit was presented to the court by Tyler Kennedy. The audit contained two financial details Kennedy explained and showed to the court. The first was the total combined net position which was $29 million with $7.4 million being unrestricted net position that may be used to meet the county’s ongoing obligations.
