New UIL cutoff numbers keep Andrews more securely in 4A ANDREWS – As it turns out, Andrews High School was not as close to moving to Class 5A as originally thought. The UIL’s re-release this week of cutoff numbers for upcoming realignment/reclassification efforts further distanced AHS from Class 5A, Andrews ISD Superintendent Bobby Azam told school board members Tuesday night.
