Section of highway dedicated to DPS Trooper Jerry Don Davis TAHOKA – A section of U.S. Highway 84 was dedicated in honor of Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Highway Patrol Trooper Jerry Don Davis, in ceremonies conducted in Slaton last Thursday, Nov. 21.
