Court approves $73,945 for air ambulance policy renewal ANDREWS – The Andrews County Commissioners court on Tuesday looked at several agenda items relating to projects receiving Waste Control Specialists’ funding. The county receives a five percent surcharge on gross receipts from WCS’ Compact Landfill and those monies are dispersed for approved projects for public good through the Legacy Fund.
