Certified values up for most taxing entities in Terry County BROWNFIELD – All but three local taxing entities saw an increase in certified appraisal rates for 2019, according to figures released this week by Chief Appraiser Eddie Olivas. Terry County’s tax base of $1,029,296,912 for the current year is more than $72 million higher than last year’s base of $956 million.
