ANDREWS- Former Andrews County Judge Charlie Falcon left an indelible impact on the community while serving in the position.Falcon, who died in late December from health complications following a heart attack, will be honored through a resolution approved Thursday by the city council.The resolution includes designating the bordering streets at the courthouse as “Falcon Square.”Through the designation, new “Falcon Square” street signs will be added at all four corners of the courthouse.
