TAHOKA – A 25-year-old Big Spring man was served with a Warrant of Arrest for Murder by Texas Rangers in Big Spring Aug. 21 for the murder of a woman found dead on a road in Tahoka earlier this month on Aug. 5.The woman, identified from autopsy results three days after her body was found, was Claudia Gail Davis, 50, of Big Spring.Frank Andrew Montemayor, 25, also of Big Spring, was arrested as a suspect in the murder, according to information released by the Tahoka Police Department Aug. 23.Davis’ body was found lying in plain sight in the middle of ...
