ANDREWS – Three Odessa men were recently apprehended for allegedly stealing items and fuel from oilfield sites in Andrews County, according to a probable caused arrest report.Julio Cesar Torres-Tomas, Danka Gonzalez-Rumayor and Biyo Andris Reyes-Tellez were arrested July 25 and charged with theft of property between $2,500 and $30,000, and engaging in organized criminal activity.A total bond amount of $30,000 was set on all three, while Gonzalez-Rumayor and Torres-Tomas both posted bail and were released from custody, according to Andrews County Jail records.Deputies had been looking for three suspects recently caught on video stealing from oilfield sites, according to authorities.
