ANDREWS – Flash flooding created by last Friday’s downpour left some low areas and streets in Andrews under water that were more conducive for watercraft travel than the typical motor vehicle found on them.In other words, a canoe could’ve navigated some spots hit hard by flooding than a car.Parts of Andrews County - including within the City of Andrews - received more than three inches of rainfall in an hour and a half last Friday afternoon.
