Improvements to Highway 180 included in TxDOT area plans SEMINOLE – According to the Texas Department of Transportation’s Lubbock District, Seminole and Gaines County will lose its last remaining two-lane major artery within the next four years. A plan is underway to add lanes and widen the Lamesa Highway (U.S. 180 E) from the Seminole city limits to the Dawson County line.
