Eagle of Honor Project slated to recognize military personnel TAHOKA – For many yearsthere has been talk in Lynn County about developing an up-to-date memorial honoring service members who have sacrificed their time, energy, efforts and sometimes their lives to preserve and protect the freedom that Americans enjoy. A group of citizens, with the support of the Lynn County Commissioners’ Court, is seeking to raise $35,000 to develop a military memorial, called the “Eagle of Honor Project,” that will stand on the Lynn County Courthouse grounds.
